This notice explains what we do with the details you give us when you enquire about a cake, order in the shop or sign up to our letter.
Who we are

What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about your occasion. If you join our letter we keep your name and email address only.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to quote for and make your cake, and to arrange collection or delivery. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone outside the people who help us fulfil your order.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are held for two years so we can look back at past orders. Records connected to a paid order are held for six years to meet UK tax rules. Letter subscriptions are held until you ask to come off the list.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the shop address or call and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
