Terms of business
Every cake we make is bespoke, so these are the practical terms that keep your order on track.
Quotes and orders
Prices vary with size, style, decoration, complexity and delivery. A quote holds for thirty days. Your order is confirmed once we have agreed the design and received your deposit.
Deposits and balances
Wedding cakes are secured with a deposit, with the balance due four weeks before the date. Celebration cakes are usually paid in full at the point of order.
Changes and cancellations
Design changes can usually be made up to four weeks before your date. Deposits cover work already carried out and are not refundable, though we will always try to move a date where we can.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, egg, soya and dairy. We cannot guarantee that any cake is free from traces. Tell us about allergies when you enquire and we will talk you through what is possible.
Collection and delivery
Cakes collected from the shop are your responsibility once they leave us. Where we deliver and set up, our care continues until the cake is in place.
